Hotel Venkey's

The location of the place is the most ideal because the most famous eat out brands like KFC, pizza hut, McDonald's, naturals etc are all 5 mins walking. Some local outlets of food are also available. Rickshaw is the only accessibility for travel there. Badlapur station is about 10 mins away by Rickshaw. The rooms inside are average. The last time we went there were a lot of mosquitoes but had to request a mosquito repellent. Then the AC wasn't cooling. The hotel accomodates all types of customers. They also have different rooms for different prices The second time we stayed there was a loose connection in the electrical socket that kept tripping the lights off. I won't exactly day it's kids friendly but it's manageable. The below is a bar and restaurant so the ambiance at night can be quiet loud and noisy upto midnight

When placed order he said 20 mins however had to wait for 40 mins. Guy at reception counter named Sharma taking phone calls for order has no courtesy for customer. When called to check for order status, rude response & disconnects the call directly. Food was good however ppl like Sharma spoil it in service area. Hotel mgmt look in to it.

Loved the food, Loved the service and loved the rates... Went early in the day but the kitchen was live. Food ordered came well on time and even the staff was polite and ready to help... I tried chicken starters and all were good. White sauce chicken tandoori was juicy and felt rich in taste. The cost is ok. Parking can be an issue sometimes..

When we order food from restaurants venkeys is our first choice. Taste,quality and quantity always exceeds the expectations. Rotis are always soft and roasted to perfection. Tandoori Lollypop and chicken served here are very delicious,smoky and falvorful.

Despite its reputation, [Venkey's Hotel] failed to deliver a positive dining experience, with underwhelming food quality and staff that appeared indifferent to our needs.

The worst food quality and service... never recommend to any one... when you order parcel from them... they will provide cheap quality food... will never order again....

Good food and ambience....but service needs to be improved...

When in doubt I always prefer to go to Venkeys. Warm and cosy ambience in family section. No fancy or theme based ambience but definitely food is 10/10.
