Bhoj Resort - Badlapur

Worst experience! Amazing location, if maintained the resort is fantastic! But poor service and poor room maintenance.

It's best place to go with group of friends and family, delicious food, affordable price, beautiful place and scenery, co-operative staff everything was on point.

My husband contacted Bhoj Resort at very last minute for my surprise birthday party and they didn't hesitate they decorate the room and also have cake I'm so thankful for the staffs of resort that make my birthday so awesome specially to Mr. Abdul for his prompt service

The location is amazing, the resort is located near Badlapur and in the middle of green mountains. Room service and food was good.

Very good experience. Visited with family. Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was amazing a special mention to Mr Abdul who took care of everything personally, very friendly person. The location and view were amazing. Really enjoyed the trip. Would definitely recommend this place.

Our families are visiting BHOJ Resort every monsoon for last 3 years. We all enjoy the wonderful nature, swimming, rain dance ,tasty food and very cooperative staff. I have witnessed the 'cockroach ' story day. It is fabricated.Even CCTV was checked . No one should believe such stories. Visit with family and have great fun at the resort.

Hi Mr.Matkar,I was trying to reach you to inform you that we are getting worst service in your Bhoj Resort badlapur. We have spoken to you on Wednesday before doing the booking and making the advance payment. The booking is on the name of Manoj Pande ,room no : 209, I am a pregnant woman and came with my husband and 5 year old son but we are tired of the services provided since morning...1. The fan was not working when we came in.2. There is frequent power cut since morning.3.The AC remote was not having batteries.4. bedsheets and blankets are so unclean.5. There was no place to sit for lunch so we had to sit at the garden area.6. The food provided for lunch was not good especially dal and mutter paneer.7. Water supply went off for an hour and we had to control going to the washroom. 8. We couldn't reach out to the reception as there is no network and your wifi has poor service.9. Rain dance pool was so dirty and there was no rain dance or music arranged and made us wait to clean everything after requesting many a times.10. we were informed to give the evening snacks in our room but after awaiting till 6:15 pm ,we had gone out to have the snacks and there was no place to sit due to the crowd and all boys were there. 11.We got the dinner in the room after calling thrice but the quantity of dal was less so my husband had to go to the kitchen in the rain to ask for the dal. 12. Now again there was a power cut when we were trying to sleep and when my husband went down to ask about it no one is answerable and getting stupid answers like no diesel is there. The worst part is that Kiran is not responding to our calls when we are calling so we had to call you also.
