Manas Resort, Igatpuri [Petting Zoo and Organic Farm]

Amazing Stay - Perfect for Families! Our experience at this resort was absolutely fantastic! The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The unique highlight was the presence of friendly pets making it an exciting experience for kids. They had an incredible time interacting with the animals and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Some rooms are located on hill side slope, which might be difficult for elderly or PWD people. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious food with great service. Mr. Harish Pandit ensured a smooth dining experience, and the administration kept everything well-organized. A perfect getaway for families looking for relaxation and fun-- highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! The location is stunning -- peaceful, scenic, and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety to choose from, and everything was freshly prepared. What really stood out, though, was the staff -- every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The service overall was exceptional -- prompt, attentive, and thoughtful in every way. One of the highlights of our stay was the petting zoo -- such a charming addition that added so much fun, especially for families and animal lovers. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and unique experiences. We can't wait to come back!

We were excited to visit Manas Resort with petting zoo as that's probably the only petting zoo we've ever heard of (especially around Mumbai) and our 1.5 year old daughter loves animals. The animals at the petting zoo are very well taken care of, their caretakers are excellent. The room (we started at the new wing) was also decent - the bathroom had brand new fittings and very clean overall. But the common areas and the service were terrible. The house keeping team needs multiple reminders on simple tasks! Our room wasn't swept well before check in which was disgusting. Neither the water, nor the toiletries or even the bellboy arrive without multiple calls. The check out time is 10 am but not mentioned anywhere and no one even calls or meets you to inform you. The common areas are so poorly maintained. For a place that attracts kids more than adults, the high chairs were dirty! The crockery, cutlery were all dirty! No one even pays attention to what the guests want even at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was a joke. If the place has to survive, they really need to up their maintenance game.

It was wonderful experience being at Manas resort. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very professional and helpful. Overall, service is very prompt and satisfying. Beautiful and peaceful location. We loved the petting zoo, which was totally a different experience. Mr Shyam helped us specially arranging non spicy food for my 3 years old son which was really great of them as my son still don't eat anything spicy. A perfect place for family specially with kids, they will love it. Would definitely recommend it.

this place is just fabulous for a getaway. it's part of nature cause there's greenery all over and they have beautiful animals, and yes they are extremely friendly and an important part of this resort. apart from the concept, they have a lovely spread of food accompanied by the kindest staff not only at their restaurant but the staff that handles the birds and animals are so polite and welcoming.(dogs, birds, reptiles, POCKET MONKEYS!?!?! etc) the cottages are incredible, spacious and extremely cozy. it truly is a different and unique experience! please please please DO NOT overlook this place! i can't believe there are places like this!

The staff is really courteous and very polite. The food somehow needs to be elevated to a large extent. Its below avergae. Their house keeping manager Rohan ( Ronny ) is of great help and support. The f&b manager Ajay also is very humble in accomodating all needs instantly. Great property and great staff. Right from the bell boys to associates handling all pets and barman, etc.

A great family experience that kids and parents are sure to enjoy. Exotic animals and birds, and some wonderful trainers who are ace guides. Special mention goes out to Kailash, Anand and Pinto who were amazing friendly guides and helped introduce the animals and birds to our child and seemed quite knowledgeable. The animals and birds were well taken care of and appropriate cleanliness seemed to be maintained at all times. If you choose the MAP version, all meals are included and there's a decent spread, and very good wait staff at their restaurant. Overall a must visit for families who enjoy the presence of animals which includes - Pocket Monkeys, Iguanas, many dog breeds, toucans and parakeets, fish, turtles, goats, cows, ponies and some more.

We are happy with the dining service .The food is very good in buffets interms of quality and variety. Mr.Harish Pandit from woodpecker restaurant has being very polite and helpful .Rooms are good and room service is good .Reception is warm and pleasant. Best USP is , it's pet friendly my fur baby loves it. Music nights flute experience is good.Mr.Kailash from pet care part showed us the entire resorts animals.Even our bookings were were hassel free done by Ms.Payal Mali.One strong request keep it nature friendly & away from digital chaos. No scan codes & more warmth of hospitality.
