Waste of a good property and location. It's a ghost hotel. The rooms are unclean, bathrooms are comparable to railway toilets. They didn't even clean the bathrooms before giving us the room. They didn't provide us with drinking water. Whatever we requested for, they simply showed no interest in helping us out. Actually there are no good hotels in paithan, just drive down for 40 min more and take night halt in Aurangabad.

Its not like resort .its like mangal karyalay. Bathroom are not well maintained..doors are weak and locks are in bad condition
Awesome hotel, what a environment in the evening to have a some hangover with Dard-e-Dil music going on in deem light. Lot of space available so no noise of drunken people. Just you should have good company to enjoy evening time with your best pals.
Room are not maintained at all... bathrooms are dirty...not for family
No value for money, linens not changed, toilets dirty, there are better hotels in the main road. No power backup,
Good for school and small trips stay.
