They were charging us 800 for a two hour stay but we negotiated for 700 for a 10 hour stay. The bed was not very clean, also the bathroom was not clean. But it is okay to book if you are on a budget.

Room is quite good at cheap price for Rs-600 for a night,with attached bathroom of your own preference western or Indian ,with 2 bedcots

It's a good place for budget stay. We had four in the group and we payed 500 per night (in the month of July). The room we chose was simple. It had two double beds and one single bed. No TV. The bathroom was Indian type. Hot water is provided by the room service guy on request. No tap for hot water as such. But we had no reason to complain at this price point. The owner is courteous and friendly. He can also arrange food for you. There is no restaurant particularly for the lodge. There's a tea shop in front of the lodge. It's 15 minutes walk from the Ellora caves. Only bit that I did not like is that the area next to the lodge is not clean. It didn't stink though. If it were clean, I would have given 4 stars !

Price was 450 i think more for such dull room but wanna stay for only 1 night i took it,10 Minutes walking by ellora caves (nearby place badra maroti/ Grishneswer Jyotirlinga) in ellora gaon, nearby ATM and hotel available please is nearby road from there was no problem with the travel you can easily get a auto for travel ajanta via kultabad

it is good for one night stay, room was not much clean, you need to carry bucket & go down for hot water, owner was very friendly & supportive, he helped for guiding my tour & offered some sweets in night as friendly nature, it was ok , would have given 5 star if cleanliness maintained, but only for 1 night stay its fine.
