Bhagyavidhata's Resort

Rooms are quite spacious. But the place needs renovation. People there are polite and good. We stayed for 1 night while going to Mumbai and came back again while returning too. At 1 a.m. night too the caretaker made all arrangements. Still, the place requires heavy maintenance work.

What a worst experience with this resort, As soon as we entered it was so disappointing, The pics shared while booking didn't match with the actual rooms and the premises, On arrival itself after taking a tour of the resort we canceled our booking and the owner Mr Kadam denied to return the amount, He was very disrespectful towards all the ladies, Entire staff was arrogant and had a top notch disrespectful attitude. Rooms were badly damaged, roof was broken, swimming pool was highly unhygienic and stinky, Dont Visit here, this place is too cheap for decent families. It doesn't deserves even 1 star rating.

While Booking please make sure that GST is applied or not as we booked a room for 3 days 2 nights and while confirming the booking the person did not add any GST and we made an advance payment but at the time of check-in u are forced to pay GST amount if u make an online payment (this was nt informed to us while making the booking) the rooms are very clean but water is very diry and smelly . We informed the many many times but our room was nt changed nor they took any step there is no proper room service also after asking several times for food they will bring it for you and food is wasted a lot.... The water for washroom or for shower is nt at all clean it is very dirty... They didn't even cleaned the pool water so that we can enjoy.... We complained about this while we stayed there but no one is bothered about this this is the worst place to visit. Also when u ask for a GST bill they will say that it will be sent to you but we need to ask for it again and again. We had even asked for refund as the service was nt even worth of. They didn't provide us with clean water to bath , swim or use the washroom. Please do not visit and waste your hard earned money...

The property is located on the highway the location is okay but the most important thing is the property is recently acquired by new owner the property needs lots of maintenance like rooms The cleaning mattress needs to be replaced with a clean bed sheet and pillow cover the swimming pool needs proper maintenance the rides needs maintenance the one thing is good at this property is the care taker they take care of everything the food served was veg and home made we stayed for a night due to proper non maintenance the property was almost empty the new owner needs to work on alot of things..

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive." This is highway touch property Waterpark and wellness centre here Mostly recommend

Such a worst experience in resort...ambiance is not match with pics on social media, rooms were dirty & furniture broken, swimming pool is unhygienic & almost all tiles are broken under the water, food quality is also not up to the mark, kitchen is very unhygienic, when we complained to owner & manager, they were very rude don't have curtesy how to talk...also wanted to highlight that all below 5 stars rating given either by staff or owner family & friends...waste of money, very very bad experience we check out @ 12:30 am due to such a bad experience.

Best Wellness centre for well being and rejuvenation . Satvic food alongwith meditation. Swimming pool, spa etc facilities for relaxation. Best services and polite staff.
