Hotel Raviraj

I have known this hotel for nearly two decades. I visit Pune every year and I stay only in Hotel Raviraj for one reason only. When in this hotel you feel you are at home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly all the staff have been there for over two decades. Personal and professional cuisine, comfortable rooms and reasonable tariffs. @home feel influences on to extend their stay....you can't leave your home.

Raviraj is always my choice for breakfast and evening meetings. One of the reasons is the location, food, privacy, quietness and value for money. Their outdoor cafe called lumiere is also very nice. The vibes of trees, quiet and nice food! I particularly like the design of the tables and chairs in the dining area. Yes, the decor is slightly old school but I like it that way. Compact chairs and good solid tables. Some highly recommended fare Batata vddaa. Shira. Sabudana wada. Filter coffee. Fresh line soda .

Hotel Raviraj is a reasonably priced place to stay. Its location in the center of Pune makes it very convenient for exploring all that Pune has to offer. The hotel has all the required amenities and has very good service. A great place to stay in Pune.

We had hosted a party for 14 of our relatives. This was arranged on the roof top. Seating arrangement , lighting was just perfect. We had ordered crispy corn, paneer tikka, chicken tikka for starters. Veg and chicken biryani for main course and caramel pudding for dessert. All the dishes were just perfect . Service was great . Over all a perfect experience. Big thanks to the management for making it a memorable experience.

Had the worst exprience at this hotel! You deny refunding the money after promising to refund it in a week. We've been in constant touch with the hotel and you kept saying you would refund it but then deny it after 15 days. Your own employees suggested us to file a complaint in the consumer court to get our money back saying 'unless we do that we wont be entertained by the owner'.. says a lot about your hotel! Looks like this is not the first time you've done this. Absolute fraund!!!

Good food quality. Good ambience. Prompt n quick service. Like to visit again for food quality. Specially for butter chicken it's very tasty.

We had a disappointing experience with Hotel Raviraj. We booked a room for our friends and paid 3,000 at the time of booking. Later, we received a call from the hotel asking us to pay the full amount 10 days in advance. Since we were not comfortable with this policy, we requested a cancellation, and the hotel assured us that the refund would be processed to the original payment account. However, it has been over 20 days, and we have yet to receive the refund. Moreover, the hotel staff has not been responsive to our calls. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

Arranged for personal function with large group of guests for 3 nights and 2 customised meals. Very good feedback from my guests. Great satisfaction
