One of the best place to visit to have peace from busy lifestyle very soothing and the nature the people the way they take care of you especially the owner and the hygiene maintenance is super awesome do visit

The worst place ever i saw, they have just ruined our 31st plan. We pay advance booking 1000 for 2 rooms and at the time of check in they just refund our money and give that room to other with higher price, we have met the other people and they tell us that he has given that room with double price with them. don't trust on them and don't pay any advance booking. Don't lie to people, Cause we believe in you and came from 300 KM you are telling the problem at check in time which is 11 AM . At the same time we have checked the room and there was electricity, at the same time you are telling ready to give single room but after same time you are denying that also.. and at the end we met the people those whom you gave that room on 5000/single which was double than us. So i am not lying at all here. you just ruined our 31st plan and our whole day to search new room which costed us 15 thousand and you are responsible for this, for your own benefit you lie with us. We have revisited your hotel again to cross check it and at night every room was booked there. i am not writing this for time pass here and wasting my time, other people should avoid such things so i m putting here. So please stay away from these fraud and arrogant people.

Worst owner and location. I've had a terrible life experience. We paid 1500 rs in advance for our stay. However, he refused to give the room upon check-in and instead gave the same room to someone else for a higher price. Stay away from this fraud person. He spoiled our holiday plan.

Very close to Arvi Beach. Rooms are super clean, spacious with all the necessary arrangements like charging points, fridge, SMART TV etc. Service was more than excellent. This guy Mubin arranged each and every thing I asked for and was on his toes for prompt service. Stay here without any second thought and you won't regret.

I contacted Moin (the owner) over the phone, and we discussed my entire stay and price. The owner negotiated the price very well, and we finally booked this property for our Kokan trip. We stayed with family for 2 nights and 3 days here. I must say the property is well maintained. Around 4-5 rooms and 2-3 cars can be accommodated on this property. Almost every room has a TV ( Amazon prime YouTube), a fridge & AC. The rooms were super clean! Aravi Beach, watersports, and Shrivardhan are very close to this property. Whatever we asked Moin, he made the arrangements very quickly. Thanks for making our tour more relaxing and memorable, Moin and the team!

Hotel crowne has very beautiful and clean rooms. Amenities - fridge, ac, tv, gyser, induction, towel, slippers, soap, hand wash , shampoo, almost all the required things are provided. . About 1.5km walking distance from the beach. If you have a bike or car it takes only 2 mins to reach the beach. They have an outdoor sitting area as well with a table and chairs. You will see a beautiful morning with a sunrise right in front of your room door.

Very good room facility Complimentary breakfast good Only issue is with the access road to the hotel is under construction but it will be done soon. Overall nice place to stay
