Worst room service ever. I have asked for extra raita for biryani and the guy told sir vo biryani ke liye itni quantity milti he and the quantity was very less. When i told room dinning guy ki sir ab to extra bhej do then he is doing argument as he has a god father backing him. Eventually i ended up with that small raita and biryani which can be served to 3 people with small raita. Peninsula hotel please teach your guys how to talk with customer when you are in hospitality industry. Even i am in hospitality industry and i was talking very humbly to that dining guy and what he was doing just argument that he is right instead of sending only one extra raita he did all this raita that's why i am writing this feedback on review and i frequently come to this hotel in every month and every time i face this but today it got into my nerves and i decided to write about it. Thank you

Been here for a class. Stayed here for 5 days. Very poor customer service and food is just average. The staffs at the reception are very unprofessional & rude and they don't care if the customer is waiting for the room for hours. Overall very poor service. I have been a part of many companies and stayed at many restaurants. This is the first time i am recieving such a bad facilities and services.

Worst service ever.....1st of all we got our room at 4 cheak in time is 2...then we got such a disgusting room... That you can't stay there for a minute...then we told to change the room so it's 12at night and still they are cleaning the room....then we asked for extra bedding it's 12:30 at night still they are finding beds....such a bad service never experience....just give a thought before booking it....

We had our office Annual Event here. The arrangements were flawless. The food was awesome. The service was exceptional.

Was here for breakfast. The buffet menu has a wide choice of assorted savouries. Though I was running late than the allotted buffet hours, but Mr. Jagdish (The Restaurant Manager) was very helpful and courteous to run thr buffet for us.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, they forced me to come downstairs to meet visitors, only to later claim it was "hotel policy." However, I noticed other guests were not subjected to the same treatment, which made their behavior feel discriminatory and unfair. The lack of basic courtesy and manners from the staff was appalling, and to make matters worse, the rooms were unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling everywhere. It was beyond disgusting. I checked out at the earliest opportunity and cannot stress enough how much you should save your money and avoid this place. Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

They say it's 4 star hotel. But the room size is very less. And breakfast was not included. You have to pay more for it. Usually breakfast is always included no matter which room you book. The bath tub was not clean as it should be
