Horrible place. Room stinks super bad... Bedding and towels are stained, dusty, shreds coming out of the fabric... No hot water. Place looks run down inside and outside. Service - super bad. We asked for fresh bedding and we never got any The lane is so bad... Drainage spills and smells... All metal welding shops etc. taxi guys hesitate to come in since they can't reverse back because it is so narrow. We spentall night outside and checked out 3am

Stay away from this hotel! This is by far the worst hotel I've experienced in Mumbai. The room had a terrible odor, and the bathroom ceiling was leaking heavily. When I requested hot water, I was told that the entire hotel had no hot water available. Basic amenities were completely missing--no towels, no tissues, no hot water, no TV, and even the washrooms were not cleaned properly. For a place that lacks even the most essential facilities, the prices they charge are completely unjustified.

The room was not clean at all - the pillows were hard, the door was broken, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout. To make matters worse, there was no TV in the room, and despite booking for a proper setup, they crammed three beds into one small room. The cleanliness was awful - I would rate it only 2/10. The washroom was even worse. The toilet seat was broken and as dirty as a street toilet, completely unacceptable. When I complained to the reception, the staff admitted they had requested maintenance from management, but nothing had been done. It's clear the management doesn't care about maintaining the hotel or ensuring a good experience for guests. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these serious issues.

Disgusting dirty , toilet leaking on bathroom floor , cockroaches all in room. , rats everywhere dirty sheets , avoid at all cost . This hotel needs to be closed down what a scam as photos appear to represent a clean hotel . 0 stars

very worst experience rooms very bad , staffs very bad, no water ,rooms are stinking, bathroom taps are broken , very very bad experience. I will not recommend any one to stay in this hotel. Staffs who came to check the complaint of door and washroom. Was terrible very bad experience pls never go to this hotel you will regret 100%

The worst Experience ever, Don't prefer this hotel at any cost not even free. Rooms not clean, TV not working, Bedsheet and pillow not clean, Food also not good and hygienic, we have checked out in 1 Hour.

I hope google can start negative rating also, one of the dirtiest place on earth, you can nit imagine - do not book this properity. Do not loose u r hard earned money. on floor there is food, washrooom are like public toilets, u can not eat anything really here. There is insects inside room
