Had an amazing stay at The Grand Mehfil . The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Pathetic service, hotel work in progress high rates poor quality of food , Rude behaviour by receptionist Satish please don't go at all

I am regular customer for Grand mehfil and this time when I am writing this receiew I am in staying in same hotel . I have been always given room in 2nd and 3rd floor but this time room 406 was allocated which was stinking and had no refrigerator even the furniture and TV was not upto mark. Then after followups they allocated room 404 to me which was also having issue in intercom and wall mounted AC remote was not functioning. Being a regular customer all these things are not expectable and this wasted my 1 hr of time and alot of frustration caused.

Not Recommend.Slow service,Taste less food , We ordered food when we ordered repeat chapati came so so late and over all it was not at all good experience....Spoiled Birthday dinner..not at all four five star hotel. I think any other normal hotel have better taste then this. Waiters were slow ,cleaning was not there , Mosquitos were there ...Over all Dhaba experience...

This is one of the premium hotels in Amravati and for the price, it's worth the stay. We just stayed for one night as a stopover on our way to Nagpur. The hotel was undergoing rennovations, so some of the ameneties like the Sky lounge wasn't accessible. The rooms are spacious though, more than enough for 3 people. The complimentary breakfast had a decent spread, including a live omlette counter. Overall, very polite and helpful staff. ||A few things that could be better are access to the parking and some of the food items in the restaurant. The parking is in the basement and they don't have valet, so you have to walk up/down the ramp to get to your car as there's no elevator access. Secondly, the portion sizes for the food in the in-house restaurant felt a bit less.
