Hotel Shripad Continental

I have first time seen a hotel which deny to give a complimentary water bottle to their guest. They gave excuse that they will start to give this service very soon. Does giving a complementary water require a special and addition preparation for the hotel?? They have breakfast menu for name sake as 8 out of 10 asked item they do not provide. Below average service and hospitality. In future I will definitely avoid to stay here.

I stayed at the hotel recently. The room was decent and met basic expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. However, my experience at check-in was disappointing. The person at the front desk who handled the registration was quite rude and unprofessional, with a very dismissive and childish attitude. It created an unpleasant start to my stay. Good customer service is just as important as the facilities, and I hope the management takes note of this.

I had a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and affordable. The hotel was clean and tidy. Whenever I visit Amravati, I always book this property. Best part about the hotel is its location. Everything is nearby from the hotel.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
