Worst service ever! The employees are lying to the owner and exploiting money in the form of cash. The lady at the reception scammed us by lying to us about check out time and asked for extra money for late check out. Bad experience. Owners of the hotel must know about this scam and they must confirm the allegations made by the employees, before accusing the customers.

We reached before check in time but the owner and another gentleman in the reception was kind enough to adjust a room for us by around 10:30 am. The staffs were very kind and polite except the first person who was in the reception was rude and liked saying "NO" for everything!. Breakfast can be better!

It was a wonderful stay.. all the staff are very cooperative and humble.. rooms are very spacious and clean.... Location is pretty good.. ..Lift is available .. . Washroom is clean and fresh... In all the way it was a wonderful stay... This time room wasnt so good ... Bedding was not clean...

I had just gone to their restaurant to eat something, so I ordered Chole Bhature but when it came there was so much oil in it, even when i just started eating it my hands was full of oil . . . . And taste was also very poor of chole and when i said this to the manager, he was just listening me quietly and didn't even said sorry for a single time. Please don't go there for having food . . . It would be ur biggest mistake if u go there for having food.

This was the worst ever hotel stay I have experienced. NOT at all worth it for the money . AC does not work, Fan works (For name sake) no hot water. Also we called for 1 tea and 2coffee, charges were 180rs but it was not even hot. Don't know when that was prepared. When we went out, I remember we locked our room. But the door was open when we came back. So the hotel opened our room in our absense. I highly recommend not to stay here.

One of the best hotels of Amravati in budget. We booked it for one day with my father,sister in law and nephew. Breakfast was very good and you will get it on checkout day if booked for one day before 10:45 to 11 am. We have Poha,upma and Tea which was also good. Hotel staff courtesy and behaviour was very good. They will make sure you will get full comfort and full satisfaction and greet you with a smile. Rooms were clean,well ventilated, ac and tv was working well, Bathroom equiped with hot and cold water, well equiped westwrn commode, soap and shampoo. Whatever u need u can ask and they will make sure your need is fulfilled like water etc. In the night they remind you to order dinner if u haven't had any and make sure you are comfortable I asked for extra blanket which they provide without any questions. You can take relatives and number of folks to visit in the room and they allow which was best for me as my father have knee problem so he cannot walk much. At Checkin and checkout you can ask service guy to come and put it luggage in-out of cab. Outside the Hotel an old gatekeeper was also very helpful and he will guide u about city and nearby shops and always have smile on his face. Only thing which is con is the executive suit parties which make alcohol and cigarette smell outside the room on 2nd floor lobby but it will not come in your hotel room. But since it is not related to room it's not a problem for us. Overall a 5 star experience and I will surely like to visit here again.

Hotel extends free breakfast in room every morning but serving is too improper. Although Food prepared is delicious but Tea is served along with breakfast in open disposal cups instead in Thermos and proper ceramic mugs. By the time you finish breakfast, tea is worth throwing away.

Very bad condition broken door handle the mattress is very hard and the bath water is so dirty and every thing is very old but people is good i think if they make some changes in rooms hotel going to popular
