Hotel Neelam

Very ugly and shabby rooms . They are showing fake pictures on make my trip and making a fool of guests. Make my trip should look into this matter. We felt cheated but the person on reception was arrogant and saying that it's not our fault. Rooms were not cleaned, bed was as if linen was not changed for months , bed was dirty.

The worst experience ever I have getting my life with this hotel. The staff is too rude and too attitude. As the offers are seen, many on online, but they are strictly directly refusing to give the direct room which we have suit as per the cost Selected room as we have selected the better room. But they're not providing the better room which we have selected as a suite. But instead of that, they're giving the normal room. Classic one an accommodation given In that room only, but if we come directly, they don't allow in that room accommodation extra as per the given cost

Very derty atmosphere of rooms, no Reseption staff having helping nature, they just do for how they get business way, the options which can use by customer they show strictly not allowed.

Very useless hotel, Cancelled my booking even after booking it before 4 days staff is very hopeless and rude and said "Nahi milega room ja ukhad jo ukhad sakta hai, Police bhee nahi kar sakti kuch". And hotel is too shady and gives room to unmarried couples for some extra cash.

The Hotel Receptionist was so rude. Even after we are married couple he asked for extra money and denied check-in. He was treating us like criminal and illegal couple. Such a horrible people and bad experience. Not recommended at all.
