Hotel milan palace

This property and its owner are absolutely horrible. Even giving them zero stars would be too generous. In my entire life, I've never come across such a terrible experience -- both in terms of the property and the owner's behavior. I seriously doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews with more than one star. Even Rooms are not worth more than 500 for 24 hrs of stay. Very poor. Instead of welcoming guests, they outright deny entry. Their behavior is rude and misleading -- not just towards customers but also towards MakeMyTrip (MMT). I ended up giving them Rs. 500 as if it were charity, and that too for their pathetic service and attitude, just for a stay of barely one hour. The property lacks even the most basic amenities -- no dental kit, no soap or shampoo. While they have a TV in the room, there's no set-top box connected, and when you complain, they casually say they'll recharge and set it up later. The rooms are extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. Despite being listed on MMT, they offer cheaper direct prices when you arrive, which raises serious trust issues. Totally pathetic experience. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Ok ok.. was there for a 50th anniversary celebration of in law.. hall was ok but washroom was yuck.. no tissues were provided. The bucket & mug both were full of stains.. all over a bad experience about hygine..

Just a fabulous restaurant i ever seen before.. Just go for iti just lovedand the awesome service and environment was fab

This rating for food quality is very poor . Nam bade darshan khote....i ordered veg Manchurian but it was almost cold it's better to to outside

Best place in Amravati for veg food...... breakfast is also delicious......
