Hotel Mehfil INN

The hotel is under construction but still given for use. There was slight risk on 6th and 7th floor because of incomplete construction work. There was foul smell, There was only one lift for 6th and 7th and waiting time was high. The food was not upto the mark. The earlier mehfil inn was fabulous. Food was delicious. Expanding business is good but sacrificing quality is not proper.

Room standards are not great. Next door Grand Mehfil must be a better option. Rooms are large.

Beautiful place and location. Service needs to be improved.

Very bad experience. There are bed bugs (khatmal) in the room. Worst night stay ever. Staff behaviour is also very rude. After complaining there was no action taken. They asked me to pay the bill and leave the room

Dear Hotel Management, Im writing to complain about the terrible service we received during our recent stay at your establishment (Hotel Mehfil,Room.No - 412). From the moment we arrived, we encountered several problems. The Front Desk manager Mr.Khan was extremely unprofessional, and refused to listen to my complaints and his Talking way is total Arrogant. He instead accused me of being unruly, and told me Do Whatever You Can. I am really disgusted with the way that your staff treated me, and I would not recommend your hotel to anyone.Because We are Not Accomodate In Free Of Cost, So We Cant Tolerate his Arrogance. Please Take Necessary Action on My Complaint As Soon As Possible. Overall, our stay was not enjoyable at all. We would like to ask you to take action to correct the problems we experienced, and to ensure that future guests have a better experience. Thanks And Regards Karan Mahalle

This hotel is pathetic. AC is not working. Found cockroach in 3rd floor. When asked for room changing said not possible. As they already had rooms. This hotel is not even worth 2k due to it's worst condition maintenance. Literally upset for this. I thought to take rest but unfortunately just disturbed my mind. I have booked the room to take rest but honestly I got disappointed

Visited the Spice Hotel located within this inn building. From the outside looks the ambience was very good and it gave a grandeur feeling to anyone who is visiting here. The rooms are good too and were provided with necessary services. Washrooms are clean and maintained thus proves the value of hygiene around here.
