Room Service & Housekeeping: Extremely poor; rooms are not well-maintained. Staff Behavior: Arrogant and unprofessional, making the stay unpleasant. Food Quality & Pricing: Overpriced compared to the quality; not worth the cost. Breakfast Service: Very slow with no healthy or vegan options available. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Lacking; the hotel does not seem well-managed. Overall Experience: Not worth the money due to poor service, high charges, and lack of cleanliness. Would not recommend staying here.

The service provided by hotel is good. The rooms are clean and its quite budget friendly option.

Perhaps this is the only hotel nearest to Badnera Railway station. The rooms are ok. The hotel has a lift and an open air restaurant attached to the hotel. The toilet of the room had basic requirements but was not well maintained. The ablution jet was leaking all the time and sprayed water in multiple directions when used. The wash basin was very small.

Safety 0 - attitude 0 - communication 0 we came as a group of friends to book a room where we can put our lagguages just for 7hr bcuz our train got delayed, we faced all kind of rudness and irrespectfull behaviour from the staff. first we called before coming and we confirmed that we can stay, when we reach hotel, reception guy said we can't stay 4 together then he agreed when we said we just called before coming, agreed after taking extra money, and when we are about to checkin, we were shocked that receptionist is discriminating between us bcuz we are hindu- muslim - foreigner mixed. when we asked about the policy he refused to show any document hence there is no and it was all a scenario from the receptionist to get more money from us. me as a foreigner in india, this was the worst experience i have and this really makes people run. + everywhere is just dirty. Do not book in this hotel is the least thing u can do.

the food was so bad.. the only thing that tasted edible was the chicken lollipop and the tandoori chicken. asides that the food was the worst. longer waiting time.. for food.

Disgusting hotel staff is very bad. hotel is not suitable for married couples and family. I did a booking through make my trip but they ask for extra money. ugly rooms, ugly bedsheets. they didn't provide a meal and breakfast which is included in the booking through through make my trip. they have no sense of talking to peoples. All over the cigarette, liquors are spreading all over rooms. when entering in room it feel like we come in garbage. pathetic service and bad impression of hotel.
