Hotel Staff braking the rools, guest un-secure in hotel , guest taking the rest hotels staff open the window and locked out side door at mid night ,

I would give 0 stars if possible. The pictures of rooms in various hotel booking apps are deceptive.|Reality is the rooms were really dirty with no ventilation, dust was visible on furniture, TV was not working, no shower in bathroom (only an old dirty bucket and mug), No hot water, dirty white sheet on bed, really bad smell of pigeon poop.|The staff was also not so good, we requested extra pillows as there was only 1 pillow in room and they didn't provide it to us.|We paid 1100 for this crappy room, as we had just 1 day stay there and didn't have time to explore for more hotels.|However I would recommend people not to board this hotel, and don't get misguided by the pictures in online portals.

Being solo traveller and backpacker trip it is good else for family avoid this. No proper ventilation, not very much charming. Old construction that is what I felt. Staff was good but service can be improved.

I visited on 30 September, I booked online assuming it would be at least average, since we cannot expect exorbitant in city with low budget. frankly speaking i was very disappointed since most of the amenities ( room, shower, bed etc) were below standard, it had lizard and cockraches crawling around. I didnt had choice since I had booked and paid online, it cannot be refunded, also at the same time had to leave same day since had short business trip . I would request everyone to avoid if possible ......

It was dirty & lot of cigarette buds were spread in the bathroom of previous occupier. Also the washbasin was chocked. There was no hot water supply for bathing. Just useless in terms of money value.

The behaviour of owner of hotel Mr Prabhas durgadut Agrawal is very bad and they not take any responsibility for any mistakes ... And the staff behaviour is very bad n non manaur .... Very dirty and bad rooms . I give rate in 10 out of 0

It is a up to the mark Hotel and restaurent. It has very posh and neat rooms for staying while the food here is so delicious that you will be licking your fingers, also it has good people for service and the location is also easily accessible even to people coming from other cities.

Rooms are ok bedding are fully loaded with dust best part is fan and cooler in the room. There is no parking facility
