Hotel Imperia

I recently stayed at this place in Amravati, and it was a good experience as compared to the budget. The hotel is conveniently located near the Rajapeth Police Station and Bus stand making it easily accessible for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The biggest issue is ventilation, windows are absent in all rooms. Only washrooms has windows. In loving room you need to survive on AC and Fan only. Keep that in mind.

The room was decent but the paint was falling off from different places. Only half a litre bottle of water was provided for 2 people! Maybe to make a little money by selling water bottles. Towels and toiletries were not provided, had to ask for them. The towels smelled. I think every hotel should upgrade themselves from providing small bars of medimix soaps, shift to shower gels! Dental kit should've been provided. The shower was terrible, flush did not work properly, toilet was not clean. Had to wait for half an hour for a cup of tea. The highlight is that it's situated almost in the center of the city, from where most of the places are easily accessible. Overall not a great experience. But not too bad either.

Beware of online booking of this hotel. Once you reach there they will deny you room, even when you have paid fully in advance, and ask you to pay extra. I was with my 1 year old daughter and had to plead them for whatever room they had. I booked Suite with breakfast but they gave me a much smaller room that too was not clean at the time of entry.

Bad experience. Unwelcoming Staff. Dusty rooms with mosquitoes. Not Value for Money. Will not recommend it to anyone. Just stayed there because it is centrally located in amravati.

1. Well and good place to stay 2. Clean and looks luxurious 3. Ac aren't of good brands and you may feel uncomfortable if you going in summer or if you're used of AC 4. Room service is fast. They take 5-7 minutes to come 5. Food is delicious and they also have a separate restaurant to eat. 6. Conference rooms are also available for official meetings

Room was good better than my expectations. Hotel staff was so rude . They don't even allow you sibblings to meet you. Question you again and again . Take wrong meaning if someone wants to meet you .
