This hotel doesn't deserve even a single star--it's a complete disgrace. Dirty rooms, smelly washrooms, stained bedsheets, and staff with zero manners. They even charge you extra for a plate, fork, and spoon--utterly shameless. The amenities are broken, the food is disgusting, and the entire place feels like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Don't believe the ratings; they're completely fake and misleading. It was a nightmare staying here--uncomfortable, unhygienic, and downright awful. Don't visit this place unless you're looking for regret. I'm giving one star only because I have to, just to post this comment.
