The hotel is good. The staff is also good. But due to the industrial area if you come out in the evening the surroundings smell so bad due to the fumes of the surrounding companies making you feel terrible. Food is also good .

Lacks basic amenities Dirty floors and carpets Dining at the restaurant was fine, however room service was pathetic The suite room offered to us was exceptionally inferior than many budget hotels. Would never advise staying here for one's personal vacay or with friends/ family.

Good rooms but central AC room is not working efficiently. The TV and geyser works in good condition. Proper parking is not available but there is sufficient space available in front of the hotel. Its restaurant is good...different places available for family and bar. Food quality is good. The gym is available with central AC. This is a good hotel for an industrial visit in Ambernath. Because there are only 2 to 3 hotels are available in this area. So recommended that to stay here for one or two times. Cleanliness is good in hotel. Staff behavior is so good. They know about hospitality, how to handle guests or customers.

It's a very good hotel and has a excellent view point.Excelent for long and short trip.

First time i called this hotel at 3:40 am today to book the vacancy, person picked the call and asked me to call at 9:00 am and disconnect directly, it's so embarassing as if I was .. can't say no words. Through this experience i can say this hotel is not international standards and we cannot plan if we travel towards Ambernath while catching mid night flight. Poor in customer handling,, need to improve, its my feedback, rest it's up to the Hotel.
