Hotel Krishna Palace

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Sudarshan, who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I especially loved the food - they had a delicious rooftop restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. The only downside was that the hotel didn't have a gym, which would have been a nice addition. Still, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

So the staff is humble and courteous, didn't expect the room service and food to be good but the experience was surreal, be it chinese or south indian as well. As i travel across globe, i come across many people of hospitality among them Roshni from krishna palace was one of the finest, she helped me with the issues of check in to being quick guide for everything i needed help with !! Thank you !! Looking forward for more stays

The product is absolutely fine, it's the service that always makes a difference. Sorry to mention it's below standard (terrible) nobody wants to walk up to a breakfast and experience frowny faces and bad service . Not just one but multiple table was dirty i mean very dirty with leftover food and stains.

Sharif and Shahid were absolutely Fantastic with my request. I had ordered a Dinner gift for a guest in Mumbai and they made it seamless and absolutely took care of everything. Thankyou shariff for following up and ensuring this is delivered. Thankyou, keep up the good work!!

Very Disappointing Experience Despite Good Ambience and Food I had a very bad experience with this hotel. While the overall ambience and food were good, the way I was treated was extremely disappointing. I, along with two of my colleagues (both females), had booked this hotel for a 3-day stay while we were in Amarnath for some work. The hotel staff allotted the 6th floor to my colleagues and assigned me a room on the 7th floor. When I requested to be accommodated on the same floor as my colleagues, I was told that no rooms were available. I accepted this explanation and didn't push further. On the first night, I slept well. However, on the second night -- after a long, tiring day -- I was woken up around 10:30 or 10:45 PM by loud noises that sounded like furniture being shifted above my room. Initially, I assumed someone had checked in late and was arranging the room to their liking. But the noise continued past 11 PM, so I called the reception to ask them to look into it. To my surprise, they informed me that there was a restaurant right above my room, and the noise would likely continue until 12:30 AM. They casually suggested that I could shift to another room if I was uncomfortable -- at nearly midnight! I found this extremely unprofessional. If they were aware that the room was directly below a noisy restaurant, they should have informed me at check-in or avoided allotting such a room altogether. The next morning, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience I faced. Given the price they charge and the lack of basic courtesy, I cannot recommend this hotel. The management's attitude was unacceptable, and the entire experience was quite pathetic.

The hotel room was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring the cleanliness of the space. However, the receptionist lacked basic manners and was unprofessional in their communication, which left a negative impression. Additionally, the parking facilities were not satisfactory, making it inconvenient for guests with vehicles. While the room and cleaning services are commendable, the overall experience could be greatly improved with better customer service and parking arrangements.

It was an extremely great experience....the best is the authenticity food and genuinely loved the variety of dishes available there.....and this service was given by Rajesh and he is very humble person and he is good person thank you so much Rajesh and your team
