Rooms are ok, service is waste. Even though we opted for rooms with breakfast, there has not been any breakfast from the past two days. They change the breakfast timings according to themselves. Only if you are travelling with more than 10-15 people use this hotel. Or else better to stay in pushp vatika. Where you get better service.

Guards keep spitting in children's park . How come your guards allow outsiders and enjoy spitting with them? Service - had to ask multiple times for toothpaste, shampoo and soap Receptionist Irfan asked me to not speak in English ( how is he appointed ,if he is against speaking English ?) Food counter guy with specs was not willing to provide any food even for bread butter he said no When I requested him politely for my kid ( why there is no tea snacks ??) Game zone stinks with smell Only good thing is trees ponds and fishes.

You can spend amazing time with your family or friends. Service is bit slow. But the best part is food. Delicious food. Clean and beautiful rooms. Specially Cottage with private pool is highly recommended.

Rooms are clean, bathroom is ok. Breakfast is ok. Location is very far from Kalyan/ Ambernath station wherein ola/ uber booking is not available. For wedding purpose lawns, open lawn wedding is not preferable as it's very hot due to the mountain location & mandap decoration would be only if artificial flowers due to the heart atmosphere. At night climate is comparatively cool.

Exceptional stay! the staff were warm and welcoming, providing top-notch service. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The bed was heavenly, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel's location was perfect with mountain view & greenery. We'll definitely return! the only thing i did not like the breakfast - no taste, extremely late serving with no options. in-fact the tea was extremely pathetic. the only option in breakfast was either poha or upma. - Cleanliness: 5/5 - Service: 5/5 - Comfort: 5/5 - Location: 5/5 - Value: 5/5 - breakfast & tea: 0/5

Just spent an amazing weekend with group of friends at the Lotus Resort near Ambarnath, Haji malang road. Location: Perfectly nestled amidst nature, yet easily accessible from Mumbai. Ambiance: Serene, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. The resort's architecture blends seamlessly with its surroundings. Service: Top-notch! Friendly, courteous, and attentive staff made our stay truly special. Food: Delicious! Wide range of cuisines, including local specialties. Amenities: Excellent! Well-maintained pool, and games room. Ideal for: Couples, families, and corporate retreats. Will I return? Absolutely! Highly recommend Lotus Resort for a relaxing getaway

the room pool and washroom was neat and clean service was good only disappointment was ac not working properly when complaint they shifted us for sometime to another room and they said now it's repaired but still wasn't working what's the point for paying this much and sleeping in hot room in summer and there was power out 4 to 5 times that was irritating too
