I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was beautiful front office staff is very excellent and helpful housekeeping staff also.

There are too much honeycomb present in near by the rooms please clean honeycomb and there is not availablity of water, The honey bees are agressive and our 4 people hospitalised, AC was also not working, there were only dim light, the room's wall was dirty, swimming was dirty, Tv recharge is not there, at the end I want to tell is plz clean the honeycombs it is very dangerous for our health, experience was not so good.

Food quality is bad, basic services in rooms is bad & maintenance is lacking, TV, AC etc. are dysfunctional

Worst food quality. Service is too bad. They are selling water bottles at a 2*mrp price. Experienced spoiled smelly food items in their buffet multiple times. Don't dare to take room and food buffet including package. It's completely waste of your money. If you want to eat something else than buffet it's too costly. International is only for name. Least maintenance. Not at all worth the price that they are charging. Staff is also new.

Service & food should be better as per their price.

Have good experience for my small event. Good food and management was well organised for event.

Very poor service... No room cleaning system in place. Room make up is done on your request no hygiene at all..power cut auto generator system not working. If you get struck in lift u need to wait for 4 to 5 min to get power ON. Poor response by staff with agressive mode by service staff. Hotel is superb with good parking space and room size . But ambience and service of taking of guest is very poor.. Think once before you choose this hotel... Poor hygiene in restaurant.. International is just a name for showcase . No standard maintained.

The ambiance of the restaurant was lacking. The decor felt outdated and shabby, with worn-out furniture and dim lighting that gave the place a dreary atmosphere. Overall, my experience at the restaurant of saubhagya inn was extremely unsatisfactory. The poor food quality, lackluster service, and uninspiring ambiance make it a place I would not recommend to anyone.
