Saya Grand Club & Spa Resort

Location is amazing with greenery and the staff is very polite and respectful. The food is really tasty. The rooms are very luxurious. The only suggestion from my side is that there should a play area or some nice area specially for kids...rest I had a lovely experience .

The best part of my stay was the staff in zaika,who are genuinely waiting to welcome the guest with good smile , professionally and when we left restaurant,we felt like each and every staff are like our family friend , they made us so comfortable by their service and talk ,we were just talking about staff in our self till we reached our room every one is so caring prompt and genuine , even the food what the recommended Mushroom mutter masala and many more ,was so amazing .also the restaurant was so clean 1 guy was continuously busy in his cleaning work very much focus about his work and even he was so caring , when I asked his name he said ZUBEIR FROM HOUSEKEEPING ,very genuine guy , we also enjoy hitea near pool area with music , was also wow experience ,thanks Abhishek , sagar and team to make my and my family day so special , when I entered property all employees was a staff for me and after 2 days when I left i felt i enjoyed with my brother and friends and the gave us a good treat in your treat resort .....|Definitely will see youall soon.

Wonderful experience with saya Grand by treat ...we were on a short week anniversary celebration and our experience was awesome with zaika team ,they were so friendly& polite .staff over there explained about property and treat, was like in comming years ony treat will be the good options for specially gujus and marwadi guest for destination |wedding, as no other property in Mumbai with huge hall and lawns option for wedding and that to wit wide variety of jain food spread also when I ordered in room service for my special anniversary cake ,the guy came with balloons and some decoration material , really made my wife feel so special that she thaught of our son who is working in abroad , this small thing made my day thank you team for your extra efforts for making my day more special .three cheers for all saya Grand team .

The food in the restaurant is not that great. You get only Jain food, when it says Veg restaurant, which was a great disappointment. The location is far remote and the internal amenities are placed far, so you will require their golf cart service to move from place to place. The rooms are great and spacious, also the service from the staff is amazing and quick.

My 2 days leasure time was memorable because of the staff who made my family so happy with their service from heart ,they made my parents so comfortable by serving very small small things and that to so quick, like they were reading my parents mind and I was so surprised after seeing each staff so happy and caring , special thanks to Sagar and entire team for celebrating my parents anniversary with all guest in zaika restaurant .will never forget and definitely visit again with treat zaika family soon .....

Everything was excellent, lobby ambience was pleasant, all staff were very prompt and very attentive in zaika restaurants , every staff knows how what and when to deliver , with there positive attitude, breakfast , lunch and dinner spread was excellent and presentable . definitely will suggest my friend and family .

Food was good , restaurant food was good,rooms are so cleaned and spacious and all staff is very nice and helpful specially thanks for reception staff Ankita ,Kiran , Roma ,Diksha , Rahul ,veesa , we will visit soon , best of luck for your future,

We visited the hotel on occasion of Holi and the arrangements and celebration was awesome. Lovely experience and enjoyed a lot. Good place to visit with family as well as couple and even friends. Would recommend to visit. Only concern was very high priced.
