"I had the pleasure of visiting Ghrat Cottage in Alibaug yesterday, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! The cottage was beautifully maintained, clean, and cozy. The owner were extremely friendly and supportive, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and other local attractions. The amenities were top-notch, and the food was delicious. What really made our stay special was the warm hospitality of the owner. They were always available to help and made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Ghrat Cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Alibaug. I recommend this place to everyone who is location for home stay, the owner of the house Mr.sanket gharat sir and his family are just amazing and too helpful and friendly...they are just amazing host and will guide you wih all nearest places and food also so tasty..

Very nice and comfortable home stay. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Calm and clean place located on first floor. Having one bedroom, one hall, outer balcony, separate bathroom and toilet. Suitable for family.

I stayed at Gharat Cottage for 3 days and the experience was awesome.The place is conveniently located near the city center about 2-3 Kms away. The closest beach is Thal Beach. The cottage has 2 rooms, one with AC and another with no AC. Both rooms have beds. There are 2 balconies. The front balcony is used for dining. There is ample space to park your car. They even allow pets. The owner Sanket is a very polite guy, ready to help all the time. His family is also very helpful. He lives on the ground floor. The homemade food they serve is delicious. My nephew and his friend liked the chicken thali. Fish thali was not available that time. I am vegan but the veg thali was equally good especially the aamras. Apart from thali, if you request them to cook something for you, they will happily do it. For whatever you need while you are staying there, Sanket is just a call away. He even arranged a return cab for us to Pune. I will surely stay at this place again whenever i am in Alibaug.

Very nice Hospitality, very clean and big rooms with nice balcony it's a really good place for family and couples. and the best part is local home cooked food is available if you want to try which we felt very tasty. Also according to our personal experience the family which is taking care of that house are very welcoming and amazing people.

Very nice place for family, good atmosphere and cleaning. Food quality is also good and maintain standard hygiene.The family behavior is so good and they treat us as a family member. I am highly recommended this place for staying at Alibaug.

Very nice place for a family homestay. Host Sanket and family are very friendly and make u most comfortable. Food is awesome . We had the most delicious surmai fry and veg food with organic veggies sourced from their farm just behind the house. Rooms are clean and value for money !! Highly recommended!!
