We stayed for 2 nights. Super cool place to stay in a cottage. A clean and big villa with a very big bathroom. There are a lot of green plants and trees. Very tasty home made vegetarian breakfast and dinner. Owner Pankaj is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our cool and peaceful stay. The beach is just behind it.

STAY AWAY, STAY SAFE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE In brief: The host threatened us with political power and almost got in an unprovoked physical fight. My experience: 1) Disintermediation - I had booked from booking.com, and he kept on calling us to cancel the booking from the platform and pay him directly. DO NOT DO THIS 2) The lock of my room was broken. I informed the host Pankaj about the same. Instead he turned on me, started shouting, and got aggressive - a> He snatched my mobile and did not return it for the next 5-10 minutes b> He said that he was a politician with lots of power. With one call he will have 100 people (goons) here in no time. c> He threatened us saying now see how your trip gets ruined. In the end, we had to flee from the resort late evening and find another place to stay, which we finally did very late at night.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Facilities and Unprofessional Behavior My wife and I had been looking forward to this weekend getaway for a long time, but our experience at this property--especially dealing with Pankaj--completely ruined it. To give some context: I initially booked the property via Agoda for around 20,000, but later found a significantly better deal on Booking.com (5,000 cheaper). I rebooked through Booking.com late at night, but the booking was auto-cancelled due to non-payment within 4 hours. The next morning, I booked again--this time at an even lower rate--and immediately paid 50% - 7,000 (though the actual amount was 6,500). When we arrived: 1. The room provided (Room #2) was not sea-facing, despite the listing claiming so. 2. The bathroom had a leaking commode, making it unhygienic and unusable. 3. I politely requested a different room, but Pankaj refused and responded rudely, saying no rooms were available. 4. He shockingly threatened us, claiming to be a local politician and saying he could "ensure we wouldn't leave the city." 5. He made personal remarks, accusing me of "being cheap" for booking three times to get a cheaper rate. 6. He suggested he was getting "bad vibes" from me and people like me--whatever that means. 7. His tone and attitude made it very clear he was punishing us for booking at a lower rate. 8. He dismissed hygiene concerns, claiming the leak wasn't a big deal, even though his own handyman confirmed it was from the toilet. 9. At one point he said we could take a refund and leave, but when we agreed, he turned and said, "That's what you wanted all along." 10. He even spoke disrespectfully to my wife, suggesting she didn't know "what kind of man" I was because I rebooked. 11. Ultimately, his refusal to provide a functional room or even speak respectfully left us with no option but to walk away--losing our money, but keeping our self-respect. Once we had left, he called us offering to fix the issue or give us a new room if we paid extra. It's astonishing that someone in the hospitality industry would behave like this. Pankaj, if you're unhappy with Booking.com offering lower rates, take it up with them--not with paying guests. Sadly, this ruined what could have been a lovely trip. My only advice to future travelers: Avoid this place unless you're prepared to compromise on basic hygiene, honesty, and respectful treatment.

We had a wonderful stay here during the rains. The beach was so close that we could hear the sound of waves. The cottages with the plantation around it make it a peaceful place to stay. The food and the service was excellent. The owner Mr. Pankaj was very friendly person and personally available to attend to our needs.

Location was good..Breakfast was good but food only limited to vegetarians. Room service was very late even when told to be on time on the last day of departure Host was rude and not well behaved due to his own situational issue. There was no on time room service Cleaning was not done when asked several time but didn't do what was asked. No care taker for 24 hours. Lack of staff

The place is amazing and the view with the beach is truly magical. Would recommend to visit the premises. Also Pankaj is very generous and polite. 5 out of 5 star
