Big property but not well maintained. Rooms are old fashioned but not much facilities. Their pool is awesome. Food quality is good. Veg options are great. Overall an average resort experience. Happy travel.

Appreciation for Wonderful Hospitality at Sai Inn Resort, Alibaug||We had an amazing stay at Sai Inn Resort, Alibaug with our group of 15 people. The hospitality provided by Mr. Sandeep, Ms. Neeta, Mr. Sadik, and Mr. Dinesh was exceptional--they were extremely helpful and made our experience truly memorable.||The food quality was excellent, the rooms were awesome, and the swimming pool was fantastic. The hotel staff did not keep their word regarding the agreed-upon stay rates and food items. Although the property was quite large, it was poorly maintained. We had booked 11 rooms, but refrigerators were not available in all of them, and most of the ones that were provided were not working. Regarding the stay rate, we had finalized a specific amount in advance. However, the hotel staff repeatedly tried to apply an old, higher rate. We had to discuss the same issue three times, which was frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, during checkout, the staff asked us to pay a bill that belonged to another client from a week earlier, which was completely unacceptable. However, we did enjoy the swimming pool, food taste, and the open spaces.

One of the Best Resort in Alibaug. Rooms are very big and maintained neat and clean. Very tasty food is served in the restaurant. Service is very fast. Big swiming pool is also available and for big groups dinner will be served on pool side. Best place to stay with family. Big conference hall is available for corporate meetings. Hall capacity is of approx 200+.

A very nice and quiet property spread over 16 acres with ac rooms, swimming pool, bonfire area and indoor game zone. Breakfast and room service was amazing. A true paradise for all nature lovers in Alibaug

The place is a huge haven filled with all varieties of trees and plantations.. spread across an impressive 300 acres of land it offers great greenery, gardens, play areas and lots of swings for adults as well, the swimming pool is well maintained and the service staff is very humble and friendly.
