Amazing Family Getaway! This hotel is a perfect choice for a family outing. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the seafood and non-veg options, they also served veg delicacies and sweets on demand--kudos to the awesome chef! The hospitality was top-notch, making us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Another great perk was the proximity to Akshi Beach, which is just a short walk away--ideal for a quick seaside escape. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a convenient location. Overall a very good stay and relaxation at this property....staff, food and surroundings - excellent. 5 mins proximity to Akshi beach. One suggestion - tissues or hand towels to be provided in the room washrooms. Parking space can be improved. But overall - Value for mo ey and rates are very affordable for the quality of food.....

Worst Experience.. We visited Coco Palm resort on 12th April 2025 .I had booking for 2 nights.. I reached at 2pm got fresh had lunch. lunch was good. but suddenly at 4pm the water supply cut down. when asked owner he said there is water pump issue, will be resolved in 1 hour.. But the problem not solved till next day. There was no water in room for whole night and morning.. at last we checked out on 13th April 2025 at 10am and search another resort.. owner of resort went to Mumbai without solving issue.. So much frustrating...

Visited during our office team outing and must say it's an awesome place to stay. Top notch maintained rooms, nice interior and cozy rooms. Swimming pool is well maintained and clean. Food was homemade, tasty especially fish items. The owner Mr. Vidyut was very polite and always helpful in every aspect.

We visited on 3rd and 4th May 2025. Not happy with the location. Aakshi beach is not good at all to visit. The beach is at 10 minutes walk from the resort but owner says it's only 5 minutes (liar). 3000 is the reasonable price for this type of resort but he charged 4250 for a night. Service was very poor. When we reached there, TV was not there, geyser was not working. Apparently he gave us another room where we saw hot water kettle and it was not there in the previous room. Overall I'm not happy with this resort

Our team had a great time being at Coco Palms INN. The peaceful atmosphere is the vital factor and walking distance to the beach is very convenient. The resort has good vibes surrounded by helpful supporting staff. Very importantly the owner himself takes pride in servicing to everyone and attention to detail is really appreciable. Verdict, a must visit place for sure.

A water cut at night and inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity were inconveniences that could be addressed. Additionally, installing intercom phones in the rooms would enhance communication and contribute to a more seamless guest experience.
