Could have been much much better.Has the potential but due to some points it is laging behind.At the welcome giving entry only when full payment is done is not a good starter.even when half money is paid in advance.Start matters a lot for the overall experience.Rooms are good but the one star is cut because there is no door to the room.yes you heard it rite immediate turn off there is no door to the room only a glass window from where we enter. Service could get one more star if there was service done to the room without any special requests as this was done only after several pleading to the manager.Because they have a policy to not serve at the room. Location wise the property is very good ,huge and swimming pool is also good.fir kids as well as elders.but he only major negative point for the location is that the entry to the property is just beside a crematorium.Just don't tell your family it is there. Some more good service making availibity to the rooms will be good in improving customer satisfaction do not force to buy only from the restaurant within.People will buy only if you don't force them and say that outside food is not allowed. Rest all the service guy is very good he helps as much as he can. Rest all is fine you can visit the property if these points are taken care.

Rooms are too small at 3.5k price. No Toiletries provided. Privacy is not maintained. Glass doors are installed with curtains on them. Photograph included. No breakfast included in the room cost. Entry to the resort is from a narrow road and it has a crematory at the entrance. Only one bottle water provided. Would not prefer to family.

Great experience overall! The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. However, the resort could use better maintenance, as some areas looked a bit outdated. A little upkeep would make it perfect!

Resort is very clean and atmosphere is very calm. All benefits can be enjoyed without disturbance. Staff is cooperative. Location is nearby all beaches.

Property is good and very scenic. Room was neat and clean but basic things were missing such as toothpaste and soaps etc. Pool view was also nice but dead insects seen inside pool.

Resort is ok-ok. Location of resort & even the path from road to your room is not acceptable. You get a swimming pool, some swings, 2-3 piece of photo attraction which are now not well maintained. The service of the manager Vishal bhai & other staff is superb. They all are too polite, helpful & respectful. Rooms with swimming pool views are good. You even get wifi connection there. Another negative point is that they serve only 1 bottle of water per day for "n" numbers of guests per room , extra water bottles are charged at 25/- which I think is completely wrong. At least 3 water bottles per day must be provided in room cost.

Good resort near akshi beach location i never see... service is too good and fast. Her staff is too friendly..we came here in month but i like this resort too much.. came and view this place
