Terrible Experience - Filthy Rooms & Overpriced! I had the WORST experience at Shagun Imperial Hotel! The room was absolutely disgusting--dust everywhere, hair on the bed and floor, and it was clear that housekeeping had barely done their job. The bathroom was even worse--stains all over, a horrible smell that made it unbearable to use. It felt like the place hadn't been cleaned in ages! To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge 3500 for this pathetic excuse of a hotel. The level of hygiene and service was beyond disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone--stay away unless you want to waste your money on filth and poor hospitality! 0/5 stars. Never coming back!

Rooms were clean, spacious and the stay was quiet without any disturbance. Located conveniently near the railway station helped me stay on time for my train. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend this property as it is newly constructed.

The hotel location is next to railway station. It's a brand new property and has luxurious rooms. I am a regular business traveller and have now shifted my stay here. The hotel is updated as per today standard with all the technology provided. The hospitality is superb. It's definitely the best property in Akola.

*2/5 stars* Disappointing experience with the evening receptionist. Lack of professionalism and courtesy was noticeable. As a frequent corporate visitor, I believe the property would benefit from staff training focused on customer service. Hopefully, the management will take feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.

I had recently visited Akola with family and a brief Google search popped up this property. I went in to enquire about the availability. The Manager was kind enough to show two different types of rooms available. I liked the room and immediately decided to take a room. When the manager understood that there was an old lady in my family, he provided an upgrade to a bigger and more comfortable room. The staff is very approachable. Although, they need a bit of training in hospitality and their appearance. A Restaurant facility would be an essential addition to this property. A star less due to this.

I recently revisited this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unacceptable behavior of the reception staff. Their behavior was reminiscent of a local bar worker, which fell far short of the professionalism and hospitality I expect from a hotel. Given the hotel's newness, I was surprised by the poor service. To reach its full potential, the management should consider hiring more professional staff. Otherwise, the hotel risks losing customers and ultimately, its investment.

It's a brand new hotel very neat clean and well maintained Very close to railway station. Keep up the good work and don't let the standerd go down.

Excellent stay at Hotel Shagun Imperial. It's absolutely new property. Rooms are specious, neat and clean. Linens were new and very clean. Staff is very cooperative and humble but they need good training. Kitchen has been not started yet so breakfast and food are not available. Hope they will start it soon. Overall good experience.
