Overall very kind and prompt staff, clean rooms, and very good food for both spicy, non-spicy, and pure veg. Affordable price for quality. Location is close to lots of shops and food. Only complaint is night noise at times so maybe pack some ear plugs. Overall great place.

I always stay here. I love the management here. But today I went to your second branch Hotel RG . I stood for 10 minutes From there, the receptionists female were having fun with her other co- workers. When I asked about the room, I have kept a tarif card there and again started looking at the phone No one gives respect to the guest here. When I asked him to call the manager. Then she said I am a manager here. Where the manager is like this. What can you expect from other staff reseptioniest female is extremely rude, arrogant and mannerless, when I pointed out one of her mistakes, instead of apologising, she back answered shamlessly. I request the management to take action against her. never visiting or recommending this hotel to anyone

Stayed here for almost a week. The rooms are ok. No sunlight in the room, so even it feels like a night during the day. Decent cleanliness. The staff at the check-in counter is quite rude. Their attitude is like 'take it or leave it'. The restaurant staff is fine though. The food is ok. The breakfast was not good at all, a few things had (like idly) had a bad smell to it. Highly overpriced considering the overall experience. Not recommended.

In Akola city this is one of the fine hotels for stay. Food is not as per standard but ok...near the Railway station and middle in the city . The market is also near this hotel.

Nice place near railway station, good service, restaurant also fine, rooms especially bathroom neat and clean. Over all I will recommend to my near and dear ones.

We recently hosted a channel partner meet at Hotel R S Executive, Akola, which included dinner after the presentation. Unfortunately, one of our esteemed partners found 2-3 cockroaches in his dish. Instead of offering an apology, both the hotel management and chef chose to argue about the issue. As the hosts of the event, we were deeply embarrassed by this incident. What made it worse was the unprofessional behavior of the management, leaving us feeling completely helpless and deceived. Being in the service industry, we believe the hotel should uphold higher standards of hygiene and customer service. Such behaviour does not align with the image a hotel should project, and we hope they take immediate steps to correct this.

Great place to stay, near buzy Railways station. When visited, foun little busy.
