Hotel Welcome Inn

This hotel is near Akola Railway station, we were in this hotel for a few hours as our train was delayed. The location is good and the rooms are okay.

It is a very bad hotel. Except for the location nothing is good. They offer complimentary breakfast but only one item. Bathroom lock is not working. Wifi is not working. Tv was not working. Staff approach was not good. They have a very good reception area but apart from that nothing is good.

Other than location, nothing is good here. Rooms and washrooms are stinking and full of mosquitoes. The carpets are dusty. The mattress and bedsheets are not clean. I'm not sure whay they are charging such a huge amount. While entering the hotel, you get a run-down feeling. Looking at the hotel's condition I checked out within half an hour.

Only advantage is it is near to Rail stations.. Otherwise service is worst I have ever faced and amenities are also not worthy..sometimes you will feel like hell

Stayed here for 2 nights. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is quite clean, staff is very helpful and very responsive, rooms were also quite good. If you have smaller kids with you, you will find difficult to fit in the bed. Generally, there isn't enough space to move around after keeping your language. The biggest disadvantage is that the rooms are not sound proof. One could hear the sounds from other room's bathroom which was very awkward. They have roughly 6-8 car parking spots, these are not covered though. The overall experience was good, so giving it a 4 star.

Very rude behaviour of the staff. Bed was not cleaned properly. They offer complementary food but not having any restaurant. I would suggest not to go.

The best thing about this hotel is its food, which is good to taste, fresh, and served well. The rooms are okay, but furniture and linen could do with repairs and/or replacement. Cleanliness is an issue - while I was staying here, the waste bins were not regularly emptied, and the water in the wash basin had a distinct stink - or maybe it was from poor sewage?. In terms of location, the hotel is at a walking distance from the railway station, on a road which almost always has a lot of traffic. Attendants are helpful, but management should consider providing a place for them to sit/rest when not working.
