Worst room - 1. There were a lot of Bedbugs in the room. 2. Got 2 Condom packets in the drawer. 3. Blankets were not washed at all. 4. AC remote was not working. 5. No Wifi. A bad decision for me to stay there with family.

Such hotels must be shutoff. Giving Very poor service and also fighting like Gali k Gunde with families. Booked AC room no. 321. from 15/Nov/2022 07:30 pm to 16/Nov/2022. AC was not working. In morning there was no water in bathroom even for flush till 11.00 am. I asked in reception in 15/Nov night to charge for Non-AC room. During checkout on 16/Nov 07.30 pm asked to check the person who was in 15th night for Non AC charge. The Owner of Hotel simply said that he Doesn't has contact detail of his employee. Person at reception came to fight also for AC room payment and his Owner was supporting him. But they were not ready to cross check with person who was available in 15/Night who checked that AC was not working and there was no water in 16/morning.

Despite booking denied room on first floor. Was there with 3 senior citizens (mom dad aunt) at 5:30 in morning. Charged hefty i.e. 2700/- for 4 hrs 2 rooms without extra bed. No hot water in bathroom. Taps broken, health faucet not in toilet. Breakfast also costly. Certainly not recommended for family. Not customer friendly. They don't care about outside visitors, guests. Also offer non GST invoice thereby chances of tax evasion. Mr. Dnyneshwar was at desk. Quite painful experience. Pathetic service.

Good hotel and budget friendly just beside the railway station Good food taste

One of the worst hotels to stay. There was no response from the reception area or room service when AC was off as well as no water in the toilets. Finally when I raised my voice and temper I was given a small bucket of water to get fresh to which I refused and left the hotel there and then. Poor and totally disgusting place. Kindly avoid

Hotel looks great and the so near to railway station.. Very comfortable to catch the trains.. The reception department responds very well.. The only thing I want to mention the bed sheets are looking dirty not washed remaining everything is ok
