Hotel Shagun

Attended wedding at Hotel Shagun. Their hall is suitable for small events like birthday parties, retirement programmes and engagements. 200-300 peole could seat comfortably there. Air conditioning is great. There is parking issue. Guests has to park their vehicles roadside. Food is good.

The room was full of mosquitoes, bathrooms did not have any window or protection, all sanitary fixations were jammed, there is NO room service, no in house kitchen, door mat extremely dirty. Fan switch not working. There's nothing right about my stay. It was total disastrous.

Hotel Shagun is quite expensive. Yes, WiFi is free but.They should make the parking bigger and also reduce the rates a bit.The food is good and tasty too.There are excellent arrangements for organising birthday parties and other events.

I will never stay in this hotel. The hotel service is very bad and the bathrooms are very bad. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Worst customer service. No sense to talk. Arrogant and idiotic behaviour. No basic etiquette

No driver rooms and no facility for driver.so I decided never come to this hotel again

Rooms are not maintained at all. Bathrooms are not equipped at all.

It's very good hotel to stay with family. It's besically function hall on ground floor and rooms on 2nd floor. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. They don't have own kitchen but on walking distance u will find lots of restaurants. Very near from bus stand and railway station
