I stayed at Greenland Cottages, Akola during the last week of April 2025 for a couple of days n the experience was absolutely superb. The double room I stayed in was fantastic: clean, spacious n comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind... The staff were quite cordial and very attentive, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere... One of the best aspects was the thoughtful setup, that they have a separate restaurant and a separate bar, making it both family-friendly and stag-friendly. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, it's a great choice... Highly recommending Greenland Cottages for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Akola...

Feedback on Recent Visit to Greenland Dear Greenland Owner/Manager, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit. The staff's attitude was unprofessional, and I encountered several issues: 1. Argumentative behavior from staff, including the receptionist. 2. Unhelpful and rude language used. 3. Inaccurate billing and delayed provision of bills. 4. Poor service, including lengthy check-in/check-out times. Specifically, the receptionist's behavior was concerning, and I had to call multiple times for assistance. I request that you address these issues by either retraining the staff or considering a change in personnel.

This is the best hotel to stay at if you are visiting Akola for the first time. It is the only couple friendly hotel you will find in Akola. The quality of food is amazing, and the taste is awesome. Ambience is good.

The rooms and bathrooms are very Nice. Neat, clean and spacious. But the service and staff is the worst. At first they won't answer your calls, and if by your luck they answer, they are not gonna complete your request in one go. You have to call 6-7 times for the same thing. One Guy at receiption is dumb and full of attitude, he needs to learn how to behave with guests. Also during my stay the wifi was not working and they bluntly said we will fix this after Diwali not now(which is after I checkout). Just Happy with the place but the service of the hotel turns it off.
