Hotel City pride

We were on a business trip to Akola and arrived in the city around midnight, unsure of where to stay at such a late hour. Thankfully, we came across this hotel through Google Maps - it looked quite decent, so we decided to book it. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming. Initially, we thought we'd have to check out the next morning, but since we had planned to leave at night, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel allowed us to keep the room for the entire day without any hassle. Their flexibility and helpful attitude made a big difference. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great hospitality - highly recommended for anyone visiting Akola!

The room is okay okay... but the bathrooms are in real bad condition... The hand shower near wc wasn't working.. the mug given was not clean... Overall a below average experience... The service was relatively, surprisingly, better than the rooms... That was the only good part.. hope they improve the bathroom condition at least to the level of their service...

Very close to Raliway station. Good breakfast, 24 hrs checkin checkout available. WiFi on the higher floor was not working during visit. Over call good experience

Hotel renewed recently, hence rooms are super clean , hygienic and noise free. and the complimentary breakfast quality is awesome. worth 2.8k.

The hotel is not well-maintained, and cleanliness is lacking. Spider webs are clearly visible in several areas.
