Hotel City Pearl

The very 1st thing is that they do not have the parking space. The rooms shown in the image and the actual rooms do not match 99%. They do not provide you the basic things that should be in a room like Soap, Towel, Door Mat. Even the toilet jet spray was not working. In terms of cleanliness I would rate this hotel -2/10 and overall to the hotel I'll rate 1/10. The charges they are asking for one room is 1500 but the rooms are not worth the price they are worth for 500 per day. The overall suggestion is to not stay at this hotel.

Very bad experience, No water facility And the room smelling bad

Very bad behavior of the staff. Very rude on call. I wanted to cancel my booking after paying the advance amount they refused to send back the amount. Bad reputation on their customers. They don't know the meaning of politeness and humbleness. My message is for their manager to refund my money. Those people have not yet refund my money till date. I had cancelled the booking 2 days prior but still. Third class service. Guys plz do not book ur stay in this hotel, theri staff and their receptionist behavior is very rude. They don't know what is customer service. They treat their customer very badly.

Very bad behaviour of staff . Directly denied to clean the room. Poor room and staff both .

Rooms are very very dirty, no ventilation, not a single window to the room only curtain hanging to the wall as show piece, when you see bathroom feel like omit, water tab is manufactured in year 1857, TV not working, Bed sheet it bright white in colour but having lots of fuxxxxxxxxng marks. After-all this hotel is for hour basis clients/couples only. would not recommend to others.

Not a good hotel. Ac wont work and room is full of naphthalene balls smell. Bed is pathetic with bed bugs. All the beds are of EP sheet which create severe back pain after sleep.

The hotels beed were to much dirty , even in washroom there is current leakage. They are not at all caring. Third class hotel. Don't waste your money
