Hgc Comfort Room's

Rooms are comfortable, but as it's Oyo, staff is only one person who is not available to pick up room service call. No tea , no food.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by your staff. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of pathetic, and the behavior of your staff members was completely rude. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism and disrespect from your team. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. However, the conduct of your staff fell far short of these basic expectations.

Not so great experience we had here for 2 nights and 3 days of stay. The rooms are good, situated at the main road within the prime location. The staffs and service we received was very poor. Since it was a last minute plan we didn't had many options to choose from. Would recommend the place unless they improve their service.

Room service poor.Torn bedsheets. Cleaning not done routine you have to ask for that . No in house restaurent but everything available nearby.

Near Busstand and Railway Station. Room Service is good. and Staff are very polite.Economical Place.
