The Imperial Hotel provided a stunning backdrop for my sister's wedding. The entrance, parking area, reception, and all public spaces were impeccably maintained, exuding a luxurious atmosphere. The banquet hall was equally impressive, boasting top-notch cleanliness and a sophisticated feel. However, my experience within the room itself fell short. While the room was well-equipped with amenities, the presence of stains here and there detracted from the overall impression. Upon entering, a large stain marred the bedsheet. Additionally, the bathroom was not properly flushed and had an unpleasant odor. It's important to note that despite these issues, the bed itself was comfortable, and the wardrobes were clean. The room door also presented a challenge with a loose lock that required a specific closing technique. Overall, the Imperial Hotel offers a beautiful setting for events, but attention to detail within the guest rooms is crucial. If cleanliness and well-maintained rooms are a priority, potential guests may want to consider this factor.

Avoid this. Hotel rooms not clean, staff unhelpful.

There may be many fake reviews here. But honest one i will tell. Hotel is good. Service is fine even after pressurising. For small event they charge you very high amount. Then after the event they will give you random charges even after quoting the final prices. Manager behaviour is worst, seen many international hotels but never seen such behaviour. Cleaning is also not up to mark

Had booked this place for our wedding. The hotel is very very good newly built gives very posh look when you enter the lobby . The rooms and very spacious can fit 4 people easily. The halls are huge for hosting function of 200 people on floating basis . It also has a lawn outside for performing functions . Overall good hotel for performing wedding ceremony.

They are charging for room then they are also charging for electricity separately. There are better option available. Traveled world wide, no one ask for the plastic card key back but these people are shouting and not behaving with customers after the event.

Recently visited VS Imperial for attending a marriage function.Beautiful premises and royal rooms. The hospitality was amazing. the staff did the best they could to make everyone comfortable and were brilliant at handling last minute urgencies. The food was splendid. Everyone had an unforgettable and enjoyable stay.
