One of the best place in Akkalkot with lowest price... don't waste your time to search other options...this is the best place with good service from Vinayak sir and Vishal sir...rooms are luxurious..outside areas are very clean...most important food are really awesome.

Newly opened resort type accommodation is the best among others. AC and Non AC Roms are spacious, connected with toilets and hot and cold running water. The surroundings are peaceful and enjoyable in monsoon and winter months. 100 meters inside on a major road makes the location perfect. Home cooked food is the best maharashtrian rural food I have had in recent times and would recommend it. Rs 120 per dish is the price for a fixed thali ( 2 big size jawar roti/ bhakar, pitla/jinka, daal, rice, pickle, 2 veg) is quite sumptuous and filling. Enough place for secured parking of vehicles, a small garden with 3 swings and open fields in and around this resort/bhakta niwas makes it a unique. Don't waste your time and money exploring other locations/hotels/bhakta niwas as you might end up with fraudulent elements selling bhakta niwas through portal. Currently, 4 rooms are being added to the property and will be a really good place in the next 6 months or so. Owner/manager accepted happily all the suggestions made which shows open frame of mind and willingness to further improve. That said, don't book any bhakta niwas except this without seeing/visiting the place in person. I am told by a few that there are few fraudulent elements selling non existent properties in and around Pandharpur. Pl don't pay online without checking the accommodation offered. I myself encountered an incident where a person from Odisha tried to sell a non existent accommodation (pictures stolen from other 5 star hotels) in Pandharpur. I caught him (Rajesh) and his wife (Devi) red handed.

Most affordable place to stay in akkalkot...gives you the feel of farmhouse and resort...room are built in such a way which makes you feel like u are in konkan... Just 5-7min drive to swami samarth Maharaj math from hotel location. Owner Mr. Vishal sir is very helpful and kind person. They provide home made food veg & Nonveg both at very affordable price n taste is really very good.
