New hotel with neat and clean rooms. Approx 1.2 km away from Swami Samartha temple but if you have your own vehicle then easily manageable. Staff is polite and flexible. Breakfast has limited options but tasty food. Overall family friendly and value for money...

Had a great stay at Punekar Bhavan! The rooms were nice, clean, and very spacious--perfect for a comfortable stay. Really appreciated the cleanliness and the peaceful environment. Would definitely recommend and love to come back again!

Good stay incase you don't prefer the yatri bhuvan...New property so cleanliness is maintained well...staff is cooperative and polite! They have 1RK and 1BHK flats... 1bhk has 4 single beds but they only provide 2 bath towels which is what i find weird...bit far from the temple so either get your own vehicle or walk for 20-30 mins one way to the temple...

it's new property, so very neat and clean but location is very far from actual temple. If you are coming by your own vehicle then only consider this option else better to go with nearby temple properties as you won't get auto or other vehicles after 7-8 pm here

Good rooms with kitchen platform, If allowed one can easily cook there own food too. Home like feeling. Breakfast served at this place is not good, They serve only Upma and Kanda Poha and both were Taste less and dry. So avoid eating here.

Nice apartment newly built neat and clean. They have 1RK, 1BHK. Staff is cooperative. Proper parking space with CCTV surveillance. Hot water available. Host is not a money minded guy.

Rooms are clean . Please note that No AC room here The location was too far from the actual temple. The service manager asked for more money than the room price. For 1 bhk room price was 3000 rs but the service manager asked per person money. We denied to pay per person money. Already they don't have AC room and charging high amount
