Bhakta Niwas Akalkot

We had reached late at night and only non-AC rooms were available. All non-AC rooms are same. Room rent was Rs. 600 per night. The rooms were not at all clean. The flush was not working in any room. Commode was broken. Overall a pathetic experience. If you can, avoid this property. There are good AC rooms just next to the temple I heard later.

AC room was good. Overall maintenance is not upto the mark. Sufficient car parking is there. Hotel/ canteen attached is un hygiene, food was worst. Not provided chutney with idli and wada. It seems he has served frozen idlis. I recommend the management to immediately change the hotel contractor.

Good facility provided by the authorities but lack of maintenance is there. Not sufficient cleaning is maintained. Else a very good option for the pilgrims.

The rooms are too dirty. The insect & cockroach are in the room. Hot water is available between 5am to 7am only from tap outside of the room. No room service available. Fan working on top speed only. Toilet are very very dirty. Request maintenance from authority.

You can prefer outside room in same prive range with good facilities. Because when we visited with our family in morning 6 AM they told us to wait till 8 am because they only allot room after 8 am only.

The Bhakth niwas is overpriced for the services provided which is of 800 rupees for common toilet the problem we faced were 1.lack of cleanliness 2.mosquitoes in room 3.Dirty common toilet 4.Bed bugs 5.Dirty bedsheets and blankets 6.Congested rooms Also they did not provide the payment receipt as well ,They deceived by telling the receipt will be delivered to phone which we did not receive any Need huge maintenance to make it a better stay for pilgrims Better to take private stay rather than bhakt niwas for this price and facilities

I would recommend having dinner at the bhakta niwas bhojanalay. The food was as good as homemade food. The rooms were ok. The bathroom was not in an average condition, and there weren't any hangers for clothes. Mandir is hardly 10min away from it. They offer hot water in the morning from 4 to 7 am.
