Amour Resort & Spa Lonavala

Stayed here in April. The location and concept of the property are good, but the experience could be much better. The room wasn't clean when we arrived -- dust was visible on surfaces, and we had to ask for cleaning right away. The rooms definitely need better maintenance, especially given the tariff. Also, while meals were included, the choices were extremely limited, with only one or two basic options available. Overall, when you're charging premium room rates, the hospitality, service quality, and guest experience should align. Unfortunately, that balance was missing here.

Its amazing Had a great experience. Lovely ambience and atmosphere at all over property. Rooms are neet and clean. Every room has private pool and garden. All staff are polite and respectful. Specially the manager laxman. Gazebo area was a life time memorable for me. Thank u amour for a great experience.

A day picnic at this Amour resort , it was an absolutely delightful experience. The breathtaking views were undoubtedly the highlight, offering a serene and picturesque setting that was perfect for relaxation. The food was exceptional, with a variety of dishes that were not only delicious but thoughtfully prepared. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had an inviting ambiance, making the stay all the more comfortable. The infinity pool added a touch of extravagance to the experience, providing a perfect spot to unwind. Beautiful and luxurious experience. The stay felt comfortable and safe. Service was also quick and the staff were very cooperative and helpful. Food was also really nice and healthy. We're definitely hoping to visit Amour resort again.

Overall it was a great experience at this resort. Pros: The rooms are huge with big washroom and a separate shower/steam area. The private swimming pool is great to have. Since we visited in winter the water was chilling cold. Maybe the resort could have an option for heated pool in winter at extra cost. The view from the room is awesome and nice long green well-maintained garden for a soothing view. We had asked a private Gazebo candle light dinner and I would say it was completely worth it. The food was good and tasty. Cons: The approach road is very rough and my car took some beating. The resort door was closed and had to honk for good 5 mins before they opened it, so felt the entry was not as seamless and can be improved.

Excellent location just in nature lap. Very peaceful quite yet luxurious. Beautiful nature and very well maintained property. Food is awesome very tasty with good variety options available both in veg and non veg. Private swimming pool in room is top on cherry. All the staff is very much cooperative and very well trained. Prompt service provided by all the staff, special thanks to Manager Laxman for excellent service provided in all the aspects. Also thankful to Om for excellent room cleaning service. If you want to spend quality and peaceful time with your family and loved ones in pawana then no look further. This is simply the Heaven.

We had a great time here at Amour! The location is set close to Pawna lake! Attached private pool with bath was the highlight of the room! The food was very good - excellent variety and taste! The spa was not operational when we visited. Staff was good. Manager - Laxman was helpful and available at all times. Recommended for a weekend away from the hustle bustle city life!
