Udika Palace Hotel

Rooms are pretty nice and at the price of rent the rooms are luxurious and comfort zone Service is quite good Location is best as it locates in front small clinics so, more and more people attract towards the hotel.

Budget hotel. Good service by people there.

Facilities needs improvement... When we booked and entered in room... AC was not working, toilet is leaking, rats and mosquito there... Means cleanliness and services needs improvement and rates not commensurate with standards... Although we hired deluxe room, still maintenance is not there...

Restaurant ambience is good, but dishesh are not good enough, behaviour of staff is rude. One more thing I want to mention here is that, if you take bhojan thali and want something again i.e. Sabji or dal ,then they will clearly deny, and will force you to re-order that dish again, if you re-order that thing then it becomes too much to eat, Thant's mean wastage of food. I thing no body would like to waste food.I was not happy with the services of Hotel. Hotel rooms are just okay. Water was dripping from Air Conditioner.

Waste service and I'm suggesting to don't stay in this hotel. Behaviour is too worst.

Taste is nearly good....could have been good....if they try.... Price - reasonable like other restaurants in this place.... Following COVID rules Hospitality - good First they served cold chappatis next round fresh made.... Sitting place - Nice, clean and peaceful with perfect lighting,but air-conditioning management bad

First visit felt OK during winter as I could not stay much time in hotel. When visited during summer again I realised worst service possible. No Electry plug next to bed in any room. My AC was not working, still charged me AC price. Could not provide a single mosquito repellent. My god. Nobody should ever visit this place.

Pathetic in terms of cleanliness, service, food, I found a pigeon in my room. Unexperienced staff, impolite behavior Very poor experience.
