Hotel The Lord

My room was pre booked and I reached early morning. The hotel is on the first floor and rooms are on the second floor. No lift, no dining area, breakfast choice is limited, no non veg even omlette. One day I was served breakfast and tea took time and I had to skip it. Another day the breakfast was delayed. Apparantly most hotels in the area don't get into action till 8:30 am. Deluxe room was booked but I was given an ordinary room with no chair, towel, water and kettle. I had to ask for it. Next morning I asked to be moved to a deluxe room. There are rats inside the room as they serve food in the room. Very bad WiFi network which hardly works. Restaurant below the hotel has veg food. No laundry facilities but you can get your laundry done from outside but next day delivery. Good location and good construction. If they stop providing room service or clear the dishes from the room every night the rats will leave. Visitors bags containing food can get nibbled otherwise. Owner needs to sort this issue

Really nice hotel. Neat, clean, specious, and most amazing is people. Staff is soooo helpfull n friendly. We booked 2 rooms for 3 days last week. ( Nov 23)

The hotel loard is good hotel. Toilet was cleaned and atmosphere was too good. Staff was ok ok and meel served was good.

Hotel Staff are very Courteous. Rooms are also Good.
