I am extremely happy with my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations and left me thoroughly impressed. The hygiene standards are impeccable, with every corner of the hotel spotless and well-maintained. I would give hygiene a solid 10/10. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were exceptionally clean, making the stay very pleasant. The food was another highlight. With a score of 9/10, the taste and quality of the dishes were remarkable, offering a variety of flavors to cater to different preferences. The dining experience was memorable and satisfying. The room service was efficient and prompt, earning a perfect 10/10. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that every request was met with professionalism. Their warm behavior added a personal touch to the overall experience, deserving a 9/10 for staff behavior. Amenities were good but could be improved further, so I'd rate them 7/10. However, the location of the hotel was perfect--convenient, accessible, and situated in a pleasant area, which I'd rate 10/10. Considering the pricing, the hotel offers great value for money, and I'd rate it 9/10. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return!

The hotel is centrally located with Bus stand, taxi stand , auto stand, market, park, eateries all nearby and at walkable distance. The rooms are neat & clean and spacious, lift facility available, ample parking space. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant is ok with the facility of room service.

Have visited last month my experience was very bad staff is very rudely and not given service. Customer is paying for stay of food but staff serve the food cold and taste less

recently stayed at your hotel, and I would like to provide feedback on the comfort of my stay. Overall, I found the experience to be quite pleasant.

Average rooms. Most imp problem is food. Lived nearly 10 days, Most of the food mentioned in menu were not available. No icecream, No sweets except gulabjamun. Wants to live 1 day it's adjustable but want to live for more days, try other options.
