Worst hotel in this area ,prices are like sky and services are like hell..... i wud suggest to corporate people that dont come here...... people r here bullshit......

Rooms are good considering the location into account, location is great, behaviour of the staff is very calm polite and cooperative, though there was a delay in getting checked in..... But service from the restaurant is extremely slow, the energy level from the employees is also not great.... Overall a satisfactory experience....

I am absolutely livid! A lucrative partnership was almost completely tarnished due to the despicable behavior shown to my clients from the proprietors of this establishment. My clients were of mixed African backgrounds, coming from Senegal, Mauritania and America respectively. We were traveling enjoying the sights after closing a deal, and intended on spending the evening at Satya International. My client returned to our group flustered and upset, after being told there were no accomodations available, but then witnessing a booking of travelers immediately after he was declined. Eventually he was directly informed they do not allow accomodations for those of African descent. I was in such disbelief, I thought there must be an explanation. I tried to book, and was warmly received, but as my clients joined my side, the hotel manager quickly changed his mind, and denied my booking. This place should be closed down. How is this legal!? TripAdvisor should vet the properties they support on their platform.

It is a expensive hotel . Service is good and also fast . But they need to improve their food quality. There is a huge place for parking vehicles. Cleanliness is absolutely brilliant. Overall experience is good but they need to improve their food quality and quantity both.

Decent stay ,polite staff , rooms are Normal not very luxurious

Rooms are good as per the location, but now need to refurbish, location is great, behaviour of the staff is very calm polite and cooperative, very professional. But service from the restaurant is very poor, take signature after the food has been consumed, very slow service from restaurant, almost take more than hour and had to recall 5-6 times. But taste and quality of food is good, breakfast is also good. Overall a good hotel, 1 extra star to staff.
