Hotel Rajkamal & shopping complex

Foods are good. Service also good. Rooms are not top level. They Need to upgrade a few things. The bathroom should be leak proof, water leaking from the flash pipe. Doors are very old. The mirror stand is dirty. No plug point near bed for mobile or laptop charging.

Very good Hotel. USP of this hotel is its Food. Ultimate food, even you are not staying here you can have a meal in its restaurant. One Star deducted for No Lift facility in the Hotel.

After some good reviews for this place, I had gone for a lunch here. But, surprisingly food taste was not too good which had described by previous reviewers. Quality and quantity both are just ok type. Behaviour of stuffs are not user friendly. They just doing their job as directed, nothing extra. Location of hotel and restaurant is very good with parking space. Hygiene and hospitality is not too bad. Hopefully next time we can get some better service and good.

I had a delightful experience during my stay at the Rajkamal Hotel. The staff was incredibly supportive and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. The room service was impressively prompt and efficient, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Additionally, the food served at the hotel was of excellent quality, truly delicious and satisfying.

Very Poor behaviour by the Staff(Manager) in Restaurant. Telling multiple lies in order to fool you. I think the owner is himself like this only. Who instruct his staffs for making such lies and try fooling to customers. Toxicity in environment. Don't Visit! It was my first and last time. Some will claim the hotel is clean, the truth is nobody comes after knowing about the hotel. We were surprised the whole restaurant was vacant during the pick time(evening 7-8 pm), since most of people had crestfallen experiences, so they never visited back.

I had booked a room in a hotel here or when I came back in the evening I saw that the bathroom basin was broken. Lie on the bed and see if there are more lice or insects in the bed. When I asked the manager or staff here to change my room, they told me at 10 pm that they will find another hotel and will not change the room. The behavior of the manager here is very dirty or very rude.

The hotel is in the nice location. Rooms are also good, parking available. Hospitality is also good, but, the taste of the food is not upto the mark. But one can try the Biryani.

One of the best hotels you can find in Waidhan, whether it be their location or service. Rooms are a bit too old with urgent renovations requirement in Non-Ac Rooms bathrooms. But well-managed staff and cleanliness cover all its cons. Highly recommend for your business stays. Bonus tip- rooms are fairly priced with superb complimentary breakfast, which one will really enjoy.
