Hotel Grand Ashok

Third class hotel. I am a tour operator from Pune and the service given is pathetic here. We booked 15 rooms here and we didn't not get a proper treatment Rooms were not cleaned and even bed sheets were not cleaned. All our members got harrassed by such bad service. There are better hotels in vidisha, please try to book those. This hotel is not worthy of your money..!

It was my first such bad experience in a hotel... We were 3 families having younger kids.. They gave us rooms whose ac was not working in 2 rooms and when asked for changing the room and said they don't have rooms... Then when we said we were going to another hotel at 11 pm they gave us rooms around 11:30 pm-12:00 am... How can there be such staff recruited by the owner, whose workers are treating their customers as hell and that also with young kids... The owner needs to take a review of the hotel by checking the recording audio-videos of the hotel... And when they changed all the 3 rooms, the receptionist said: we knew the ac of those rooms were not working.... The owner needs to look into this...

Too late service, more than half an hour to wait for delivery, sometimes to re-order. Rooms have cockroaches over bed. Deluxe rooms have low amenities, TV has only two channels working, ask to activate. They said only the nominated channel will be activated.

Hi worst experience of all time,a person called Chandrakant Tiwari,he's bloody fraud,please don't book this hotel,he is a thief,and he's claiming to be GM there,he doesn't have any courtesy to talk,Mr Chandrakant Tiwari why are you fooling people,my advice to management is to fire him from job or either reviews will keep on coming,

The room is good but cleanliness is a major issue. We took this room twice, first time we told them that the bedsheet/Towel/Toilet not clean. they promised that they will get it organised. As our vehicle got some issues we had to take the same hotel again....believe me they did not even change the bedsheet.

Typical room which wasn't as at least clean as should be. Staff at the reception at the time of check out was arrogant. Location was convenient on main road with parking in the front. Restaurant food and service were good but the person at the cash counter was not tourist friendly.

This hotel is not that great. Rooms are not clean. Toilet is average. NO PRIVATE parking with this property. You will have to park your vehicle adjacent to the road however a security guard is being kept. Food in the restaurant is not upto the mark.
